Horse Interactive Wellness Sessions

The experiential, if not spiritual, exchange between horses and humans has provoked profound joy, insight and healing for thousands of years. In nature, horses communicate their feelings and intentions without using words. They can sense those same unspoken emotions in people. In a one-on-one interaction, a horse will mirror a person's positive or negative energy.

Through interactions with our horses, Equanimity.Art Interactive Wellness Sessions help people recognize the unconscious gaps between intention and action. Those who participate in our wellness sessions engage in powerful, direct experiences with our horses that facilitate trust and reveal new-found communication skills. 

Participants leave with a better understanding of how and why some of their best intentions and smallest actions may be misunderstood by others. 

Through non-verbal energetic exchanges with horses, participants learn how to hold clear boundaries and identify unconscious behaviors that limit their well-being and success.
