We offer a wide range of high-quality equine interactions, events and photo shoots designed to meet the needs of our customers. From basic interactions to advanced commercial on-site or on-location advertising and wedding shoots.
Born into a horse breeding family, Kate was riding before she could walk. As a youngster, she competed in children’s hunters and equitation, and later excelled in combined training (schooling through Intermediate) and Dressage. Throughout high school, she worked for USET event rider Kathleen Womack in Boulder, CO.
In addition to developing her extensive riding skills, Kate acquired a working knowledge of equine healthcare assisting her stepfather, a large animal veterinarian specializing in equine reproduction. Kate continues to work closely with veterinary professionals in the course of her work as a trainer and consultant.
Upon graduation from Washington State University in 2002, Kate became head trainer for Mears Morgans, an 80-horse breeding and showing facility in Laramie, WY where she trained and showed Morgans on the national level, winning regional and national championships, including the Reserve World Championship Jumper titles in 2003 and 2004.
In 2005, Kate established B. Kate Stables on Vashon Island, Washington, a full-service training, teaching and rehabilitation center. Kate and students have been competing Nationally and Internationally on the "A" circuit with multiple breeds; 2008, 2010, 2012 Canadian Nationals Andalusians, 2014 USDF All breed Silver Medal Second Level on Gypsy Vanner, Billy BB, 2017 Morgan Grand National and World Championships.
In 2014 she was a founding partner of Axiom Equine, LLC. Axiom developed and implemented equine assisted leadership programs for high school students, businesses and survivors of domestic violence with outstanding outcomes.
In 2018 Kate became certified as an Equine Assisted Learning Coach by the OK Corral in Reno, NV.
Kate and her herd now reside in Cave Creek, Arizona
Kurt William Kamka is a sought after photographer for commercial, documentary, street, non-profit and NGO assignments worldwide.
He has BA and MBA degrees from Marquette University.
Kurt has spent a number of years working in various locations in the US. He has also spent a significant amount of time living and photographing is Southeast Asia.
Kurt is currently based in Phoenix, Arizona, where he continues to use his camera to document his unique view on the human condition.
Kurt has taught street, documentary and landscape workshops in Manila, Singapore and the United States. His photos have been shown in a number of galleries around Asia, Europe and the US.
Before focusing solely on photography, Kurt spent over twenty years working in advertising developing multi-sensory marketing experiences for some of the world’s largest brands.
Kurt’s photos highlight our shared experience ... a scene, a look or an emotion that crosses borders and can’t be defined by any one language. An excellent street photographer, Kurt recently finished a multi-year street photography/street portrait project, Gristle and Gravy, that documents the day-to-day complexities of community life in the barrios of Manila.
